What Does a Water Use Evaluation Include?
We’ll take a practical look at how your property uses water—inside and outdoors—and provide recommendations tailored to your property.

We’ll evaluate irrigation coverage, visible leaks, system operation, and controller programming for opportunities to improve efficiency.

We’ll review accessible indoor fixtures, discuss common sources of water loss, and help you understand how to check for potential leaks.

You’ll receive practical water-saving recommendations and a suggested irrigation schedule when applicable.
Typically About One Hour
Most evaluations are completed in approximately one hour, depending on the size and complexity of the property.
Free for Eligible Customers
The evaluation is provided at no cost to eligible OMWD customers.
Available Once Every Three Years
Eligible properties may receive one free evaluation every three years.
